Shipping policy

Local delivery

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Local delivery is available for only Delhi NCR addresses. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders placed before 2:00 P.M. during store hours (10:00 AM to 6:00 P.M). will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. will be delivered day after next day. 

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking Information.

Shipping rates and estimates

Orders are generally shipped within 2 days using the best available Shipping method. Any Shipping Fee applicable will be promptly displayed during Checkout. We do not ship outside of India at this Time.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to taxes (including GST). Regular Retail Private Limited  is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, returns and exchanges:

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please WhatsApp us as soon as possible at +91-9015253333 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
